Zoltán Csernus participated in the European Employment Lawyers Association’s conference in Reykjavík. The EELA brings together key employment lawyers across Europe. Zoltán has been a member of the EELA governing body for five years and represents Hungary’s interests within the association. The conference was very exciting and it included a diverse range of topics from the impact of climate changes to workplace through AI systems in HR to investigation at workplace and diversity & inclusion. Year after year, EELA is the ultimate gathering for employment professionals seeking to connect with old friends, making new acquaintances and diving deep into the hottest employment matters.
