Zoltán is a member of the governing body of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), which unites the European Union labour law authorities.

Zoltán graduated from the Law School of Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest in 2000 and received an LLM from Central European University, Budapest in 2001.
He is fluent in English, Serbian and Croatian.
